This is where we clarify what you need, what success looks like and whether you’re looking for a defined project or ongoing support. We’ll agree scope, expectations and how time will be tracked, so there are no surprises.

Cathy Yates is a CIPD Level 5-qualified HR and workplace operations professional with senior-level experience supporting growing businesses across people, processes, and the workplace environment.
Over the course of her career, she has led and shaped HR initiatives including policy development, employee relations, performance management frameworks, onboarding design and workplace coordination. She has worked closely with leadership teams to bring clarity to people processes, manage sensitive matters with fairness and empathy, and ensure workplaces are both compliant and thoughtfully run.
Her background spans both strategic oversight and hands-on operational delivery, giving a practical understanding of how structure, culture and environment work together in day-to-day business life.
